Over the past few months we have heard from a number of coaches how they have used the constellation process to help their clients gain break through insights.

The June 24 program will focus on systemic coaching. During the workshop we will
demostrate how to work one-on-one with a coaching client in a systemic manner. The key is not just asking good questions but asking quesitons that help the client ideniity the various elements or parts of a challenge they are facing.  Once those parts are idenified then their relationship to each other and the client's goal can be mapped graphically in a way that allows new insights to emerge.

The sum of those insights can lead to a solution that goes beyond the thinking mind to the often deeper, even subconscious, sources of affect and archtypes.   In brief,  we seek to faciliate that inner movement that enables and supports the outward movements of a client's personal and professional growth.
